Voids & Returns Report

The Reports Module in the console is the main analytics engine that you can use to learn more about your business. The Voids & Returns Report has many columns that provide information regarding orders cancelled from the Cashier.

1. Click Reports on the side menu.

2. Click More.

3. Click Voids & Returns button to open the Voids & Returns Report page.

The main columns of the Voids & Returns report are:

• Product: Product Name.
• Branch: Branch Name.
• Branch Reference: Branch Reference.
• Type: Return or Void.
• User: The user who made the operation.
• Order Reference: Reference number for the order.
• Time: Date & Time of the operation.
• Quantity: Number of Returned or Voided items.
• Amount: Price of Returned or Voided items.
• Reason: Reason behind the return or void.
• Is Wasted: Whether the item has been wasted or not.
