How the Agent Can Void a Call Center Order
The call center agent can decline an order as much as the order is not approved by the cashier at the branch:
Note: If the cashier accepts the order, the agent can not decline the order anymore. However, the cashier can void the order from the cashier device.
1. Click Orders.
2. Click Call Center from the top list.
3. Click on a Call Center order with pending status.
4. Click Decline Order.
5. The status of the order is then changed to Decline as shown.
