Enabling Loyalty for Customers
Customers can earn rewards using Loyalty from Foodics. Loyalty must be enabled in the Business Settings and you can enable or disable Loyalty for each customer individually.
1. Click Customers on the side menu.
2. Click on the customer to which you want to enable loyalty.
3. Click on the Enable Loyalty.
4. The Customer Details Page is now updated to include:
- Loyalty Rewards Section where you can see the redeem codes used by the customer.
- Loyalty Transactions Section where you can see this customer’s transactions done by using redeem codes.
