Filtering & Using the Menu Engineering Report

You can filter your Menu Engineering Report to get more specific information. 

1. Click Reports on the side menu.

2. Click Analysis.

3. Click Menu Engineering button to open the standard report.

4. Click Filter button on the top right corner.

5. A pop-up window will open where you can enter your filtering criteria:

• Branches: Select branches where you want to check consumption.
• Categories: Select categories of interest to you.
• Order Tags: Select tags associated with orders of interest to you.
• Included in Combo: Select if the item is part of combo product (Yes/No).

6. Click Apply.

An updated list will show based on your entered criteria. To return to the original list, click the X mark in the Filter button.

You can also narrow your results down more by determining the period of your report from the calendar on the top right corner.
