Creating Customers
Foodics RMS solution provides a dedicated module for customer management, where you can register customers by their names and phone number from Foodics Console, or the Cashier Application. From the Customer Details Page in the console, you can see all the insights about this customer including their total orders, last order time, favorite products, and much more.
1. Click Customers on the side menu.
2. Click Add Customers on the top right corner.
3. A pop-up window will open with the following fields:
- Name (obligatory field): Write down the customer’s full name.
- Phone Number (obligatory field): Write down the customer’s phone number.
- Email: Include the customer’s email.
4. Click Save.
The screen will now transfer you to the new customers’ details and statistics, as shown below.
