Adding Tags to Customers
Users can add tags to customers for better filtering and grouping across the platform or for quickly assigning promotions by using tags. Examples of tags for customers: VIP Customers, Vegetarian Customers, etc.
1. Click Customers on the side menu.
2. Check the box beside each customer for which you want to add tags.
3. Click on Actions.
4. Click Add Tags.
5. Select the desired tag.
6. Click Apply.
Moreover, you can easily check any time the assigned tags for the customers through the following:
8. Click Manage.
9. Click More.
10. Click Tags.
11. On the Customer Tags Section, click on the hyperlink beside VIP Tag as an example.
12. A new page will open showing the list of all customers assigned to the VIP Customers Tag.
Note: You cannot select tags for your customer if you haven't previously created specific tags (Click here to learn how to create a customer tag).
