Creating Suppliers
Suppliers are the companies that provide inventory items to your business—keep records of the supplier's name, contact person, phone number and email. Link inventory items to suppliers and immediately know which items are purchased from a supplier
1. Click Inventory on the side menu.
2. Click Suppliers.
3. Click Add Suppliers.
4. A pop-up window will open with the following fields:
- Name: Enter the supplier company name
- Supplier Code: Assign a unique code for this supplier for filtering purposes
- Contact Name: Enter the person’s name you are in contact with
- Phone: Enter the supplier’s phone number
- Email: Enter the email you would like to use to send purchase orders directly from the POS
5. Click Save.
The screen will now be updated with the suppliers’ names, codes and contact, as shown below.
