Wafeq
Introduction
Wafeq is a powerful accounting software that allows you to enter data faster, easily make bulk changes, copy and paste anywhere and have full control of your books.
This integration will allow you to synchronize your sales between Foodics & Wafeq.

Enabling the Integration
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email. If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration
2. Navigate to the Marketplace --> Search for Wafeq under Accounting category --> Click Install.
3. You will be directed to Wafeq login portal. Sign in using your Wafeq account.
4. If you don't have an account go to https://www.wafeq.com/sa/#pricing to create your own account.
5. Once logged in, go to Integrations at the bottom of the left side menu, and click the Connect button.
6. Foodics will ask you to authorize Wafeq to access your account data, click Authorize Wafeq to Access My Account to proceed, or Cancel Authorization if you want to cancel the process.
7. You will be redirected back to Wafeq's integrations page to configure the integration.
8. Click Configure then start mapping Foodics data to Wafeq accounts, Wafeq will automatically create the following accounts: Revenue account, Charges, Discounts, Rounding, and Tips. From the remaining mappings choose the corresponding accounts or taxes from Wafeq, or let Wafeq auto-generate them for you by enabling auto-generate.
9. Important: For taxes, make sure to map them to the existing tax rates in Wafeq, VAT on Sales (15%) in order to benefit from Wafeq's automatic tax return generation.
10. Click Save.
Syncing Data
For your first synchronization, you will want to synchronize all your data until yesterday. So in the From date choose the date when you started using Foodics, and in the To date choose yesterday. In the top right corner click Sync.
After that, you will be expected to perform daily sync manually from Integrations –> Foodics –> Sync. Alternatively, you can turn on auto sync afterward so that it will automatically sync on a daily basis on your behalf.
Foodics products will automatically show under Products & Services > Items
Foodics sales will show as one invoice per business day for all branches, under Sales –> Invoices.
