Order
Introduction
Order is an online platform that allows you to create a website and mobile application for your restaurant to receive orders from your customers directly.
When you integrate Order with Foodics, you will be able to receive all incoming orders from the website & mobile app directly on your Foodics cashier app.

Enabling the Integration
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration
2.Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for Order under Online Ordering category --> Click Install
3.If you already have an account in Order, sign in to your account. If you don't have an account, register as a new user
4.Once you sign in to your Order dashboard, navigate to the App Store from the left side menu
5.Activate Foodics Integration Settings as shown below and choose between receiving orders in Foodics automatically Send Automatically or handling them individually Send Manually.
6.Click Save
7.Foodics will ask for your permission. Click Authorize Order To Access My Account to proceed OR click Cancel Authorization if you want to cancel the process
8.After authorizing the app, Order will be connected to your Foodics account
9.You will be redirected to the Order Settings page where a new button is shown called Sync in your Foodics Integration Settings screen. Click this button every time you need to pull your menu & branches from Foodics
Configuring the Integration
Upon syncing, all branches and menu items should be synced correctly with Order.
Testing the Integration
Try adding an item in Foodics, then click Sync to see if the new item is also added in Order.
Start Using the App
Orders from the Order Integration will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
FAQs
Q: Customers are placing orders on my Order website and mobile app, but I'm not receiving them in the Foodics cashier application. What should I do?
Ans.: Please follow the following steps:
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status.
2- Are there any pending orders from your Order integration?
If Yes:
- Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article
- In the cashier app, click HOME, then Sync Data
- Send new integration orders to test, orders should be received in the cashier app.
If No:
- There is an issue from Order’s side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with the Order team and inform them that there are no orders created from their side in your Foodics account.
