Receive Transfer Items

Any authorized person with the right roles in the system can receive the items from the transfer sending transaction.

1. Click Inventory on the side menu.

2. Click Transfer.

3. Select the transaction receiving from the list with pending status.

4. Click on Receive Items.

5. Click yes. After that, the items will reflect on the stock of the destination and the status of the transaction will become Closed.

After receiving the items, the quantity will reflect on the inventory of the receiver branch and you can check that on the inventory level report (Click here to learn how to access inventory level report).
