Settings Minimum Level, Maximum Level, and Par Level for Inventory Items

As an inventory manager, tracking inventory is crucial; stock levels that are too high or too low can have a significant effect on operations. Therefore, the user can set minimum level, maximum level, and par level.

Minimum Level: The least possible amount that should be at each branch or warehouse and once the level exceeds the user can notification by email.

Maximum Level: The most possible amount that should be at each branch or warehouse and once the level exceeds the user can notification by email.

Par Level: Is the optimal amount of an inventory item kept by the branch/warehouse.

1. Click Inventory on the side menu.

2. Click Items.

3. Select the item from the list.

4. Click Edit Item.

5. Click on advanced options.

6. Set the levels for minimum level, maximum level, and par level.
