Delete All Branch Orders
The user has the option to delete the branch orders within a few steps.
After confirming the action, the branch order transactions will be deleted and can not be restored.
In addition, if the amount of transactions is more than 5000 then need to send a request to support email from the primary owner email to support@foodics.com
Note: You can perform this action to delete the branch from the owner account only.
1. Click Manage on the side menu.
2. Click Branches.
3. Click on the branch to be deleted.
4. Scroll down to the section of Delete Branch Orders and click Delete Orders (through the owner account only).
5. A pop-up window will appear to confirm the deletion process. Click Yes.
6. Delete the app and download it again from the App Store.
7. Activate the cashier app (Click here to learn how to activate the cashier app).
