Count Sheet
Inventory count sheets are templates that allow users to easily build and customize the inventory items within a storage location and its routine process in restaurants.
It is allowed to build a printable count sheet (worksheet) with specific items to ensure the smoothest process of taking inventory, the user can create a count sheet and arrange the items based on the restaurant and the stock take walk-in to speed up the process and make it more efficient and accurate.
Refer to the following steps to create a count sheet:
1. Click Inventory on the side menu.
2. Click More.
3. Click Count Sheet.
4. Click New Inventory Count Sheet.
5. A pop-up window will open with the following fields:
- Name (obligatory field): Enter the name of the new reason.
- Name Localized: Enter the localized name in a 2nd language of your choice.
6. Click Save.
7. Add the items either manually or by importing the items as bulk.
- Manually: Click Add Items.
8. A pop-up window will open where you can select items to be added.
9. You can also add items by their tags by clicking Select by tags?
10. Click Save.
11. Importing the items: Click Import Items.
A pop-up window will open, click download template. Fill the file, which includes the following data:
- SKU: Unique code of the item.
- Name: The name of the item.
12. After filling the file, import the file by clicking on choose file to reflect on the system.
13. After adding the items, you can sort the items on the sheet. Click Sort Items, then click Save Sorting.
14. Finally, click print to be able to print the sheet and start counting the items in the inventory.
