How to Add Agents for Call Center Orders
It is an essential step to define the agents in order to receive and create call center orders.
1. Click on the Manage button on the left side.
2. Click on More.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Click on Call Center.
5. Click Agents and choose the agents you want to give them the authority to create call center orders.

In addition, specific authorities has to be assigned to the role of the call center (Click here to learn about the needed authorities for call center agents) and need to assign the role to the user (Click here to learn how to assign the role the user) and finally need to assure assigning the user to the related branch (Click here to learn how to assign the user to a branch).
6. Click save changes.
