Reflection of Call Center Orders in Cashier App
After creating the order from the call center agent, the order should reflect on the cashier app. The reflection has two possibilities where the order can be accepted automatically or to accept each order manually by the cashier app.
First: Auto Accept orders and send them automatically to the kitchen.
This required activating the options (Auto Accept and Send Online Orders to Kitchen and Auto Send Ahead Order to Kitchen and for the option, Ahead Order Reminder put the value as 30 min) to activate these options go to Console > Manage > Devices > Click on the related cashier device > Device settings > Activate the mentioned settings > Save).
By that, orders will be accepted by default and sent automatically to the kitchen without the need for any entry by the cashier.
Moreover, from the same page users have the choice to activate the option Print Online Order Info When Received. This option will lead to print order info receipt as a notification for the cashier app.
Second: Manual Approval.
In this scenario, each order requires a manual action either to accept the order or to reject it.
1. To notify the cashier, the count of pending orders online order will appear on red color Click Orders.
2. Click Pending.
3. Click on the order.
4. Click More.
5. Click Accept or Decline or you can check order info through view order details option.
