How to Create Price Tags?
The price tag is a feature that allows having one product with multiple prices to avoid duplicating products for different order sources and order types.
Users can create multiple price tags and apply them to products, combos, or modifier options.
Important Note Before You Start
Please ensure that your user account has the required permissions in the Console before performing any actions related to Price Tag Management.
If the Price Tags Section Is Not Visible
If the Price Tags section does not appear while attempting to manage price tags in the Console, this is usually due to missing permissions on the user account, especially if the user is not the account owner.
How to Check Permissions
To verify your permissions, please follow these steps:
Go to Manage
Select Roles
Choose the role assigned to your user account
If the Roles page is not visible, please contact the account owner to update your user permissions.
Required Permission
Please make sure the following permission is enabled:
Manage Price Tags
Once this permission is enabled, the Price Tags section will appear, and you will be able to manage price tags normally through the Console.
1. Click Menu.
2. Click Menu Settings.
3. Click Price Tags.
4. Click Create Price Tag.
5. A pop-up window will open with the following fields:
- Name (obligatory field): Enter the name of the price tag. For example, Delivery Fees.
- Name Localized: Enter the localized name in a 2ndlanguage of your choice.
- Order Tags: Choose an order tag to link it with the price tag. It helps for better reports filtration (Click here to learn how to create order tags).
- Branches: Choose the qualified branch to apply the price tag.
6. Click Save.
Now need to choose the products which you want to add a different price for it.
7. Click Add Products and choose the related product.
8. Click Save.
9. Click Edit Prices.
10. Write the price per product.
11. Click Save.
12. With the same concept you can add different prices for combos and modifier options.
