How Does Transfer Order Work
A Transfer Order (TO) is an official document used to move goods from one warehouse or location to another.
To create a transfer order, follow these steps:

Transfer orders can be created in Foodics RMS easily.
2. Adding Items to Transfer Orders (Click Here for more details)
Add inventory items to a transfer order.
3. Submitting Transfer Orders for Review (Click Here for more details)
Users can submit a Transfer Order for review; only authorized users can approve the Transfer Order and finalize the transaction. (Click here to learn more about authorized users and roles)
4. Send/Close Transfer Orders (Click Here for more details)
Authorized users can send or close transfer orders to keep track of all transactions more efficiently.
5. Sending Transfer Transactions from a Transfer Order (Click Here for more details)
After that, a user can create an official Transfer transaction from an approved Transfer order.
Once the transfer has been sent, the inventory levels of the warehouse sender source will decrease.
6. Receiving Items from Transfer transactions (Click Here for more details)
After completing a Transfer transaction, the user can now update the status of the transfer and receive the items. The inventory level will increase for the branch receiving the goods.
