Marking the Order as Ready in iOS Notifier App
The Notifier App lets customers know when their order is ready. The following steps illustrate how to control this feature in different ways based on business operations:
- First Method
After bumping an order through the KDS, that will change the order's color in the Notifier from red to green.
- Second Method
After marking the order as ready from the cashier (you can reach this option by tapping on more button), the order color will change from red to green in Notifier App.
- Third Method
By tapping on the order on the Notifier app, it will be marked as ready with green color.
How to mark the order as picked up.
After marking the order as picked up it will be removed from the Notifier App screen. The user can do this through two methods:
- First Method
After marking the order as picked up from the cashier (you can reach this option by tapping on more button), the order will be bumped (removed) from the Notifier App.
- Second Method
You can bump the order from the Notifier App manually by tapping on the order when it is with green color.
