Hold and Fire Products

A cashier may need to send specific products to the kitchen before others. Hold & fire is a great feature to ensure customers can place their complete order and receive certain products before others.

1. Click on the Product.

2. Click Hold.

3. The product will be highlighted with black color.

4. Click Done.

5. From the main screen click kitchen to send the product to the kitchen (except the hold product will not be sent).

6. Now send the hold product to the kitchen. Click Fire.

7. Click Done.

8. From the home page click kitchen to send the fired products to the kitchen.

On the KDS, the order status will be as changed to a blue color to notify the staff.

In addition, the new product will reflect on the kitchen receipt too.
