How to End the Day
End of the Day is important to make sure that all data is uploaded to the console successfully. This action will give a summary report about the business day sales from the beginning of the day until the end of the business day.
1. Click Home.
2. Click End of Day.
3. Click clock out and end day.
4. Wait until the loading finishes.
Note 1: You can not end the day if there are active orders. Should close the active orders first (Click orders > Click active > click on the active order > click more > click void order).
Note 2: You can not end the day if till of the cashier is open. The cashier should close the till (Click here to learn how to close the till).
Moreover, the user has the option to send the order summary report to a specific email when the cashier ends the day. To add the email, log in to the console and follow these steps:
1. Click Manage.
2. Click Devices.
3. Click on the cashier device you want.
4. Click device settings.
5. Write the email on the option "Send End of Day Report To Email".
6. Click Save.
After that, sync the data from the cashier app (Click here to learn how to sync data).
