Hold Products by a Specific Time for Dine In Orders

For dine in order types, you can determine the hold duration time. So when the required time exceeds, the products get fired automatically to the kitchen.

The following steps explain how that can be done:

1. After adding the products, click on the product and Click Hold.

2. A pop-up screen will appear to determine the hold duration time for the product.

3. Click Done.

4. The time will start counting. Once the hold duration time reaches zero, the products will go automatically to the kitchen. Also, the product is marked with a black color.
