If you deleted the cashier application and reinstall it, the previous orders record will be removed from the cashier application thus you might need to download the orders again.
Note: Make sure to avoid deleting the cashier application if the orders were not uploaded to the console (Click here to learn how to check the amount of pending orders).
To download orders from the console:
1. Click Orders.
2. Click Sync.
3. Select the needed date.
4. Click Sync Upper right corner.
