Foodics API Adapter
Introduction
The Foodics API Adapter allows you to grant authorized Foodics-registered entities access to your sales order data. You can control which branches each entity can access, ensuring they only see the information relevant to their role. This enables your entities to monitor your sales data efficiently and securely.
Enabling the Integration
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Click this link.
- Foodics will ask for your permission Click Authorize App To Access My Account to proceed Click Cancel Authorization if you want to cancel the process.
- After clicking Authorize, you will be taken to the Foodics API Adapter.
Authorizing an Entity
Once the application is authorized, you will access the Foodics API Adapter interface:
- Click New Entry to authorize a new entity.
In the Entity Name dropdown, select the entity you want to authorize.
In the Branches dropdown, select the branches that the entity should access.
Click Save to grant the entity access to sales order data for the selected branches.
An email will be sent to the entity containing the access token for the selected branches.
Editing Entity Access
You can modify an entity’s permissions to add or remove branch access:
Click Edit next to the entity you wish to update.
Add or remove branches as required.
Click Save to apply the changes.
An email will be sent to the entity notifying them of the updated access.
Revoking Entity Access
To completely revoke an entity’s access:
Click Edit > Delete > Yes, Delete this mapping for the entity.
Once revoked, the entity will no longer have access to any sales order data.
An email notification will be sent to inform the entity that access has been revoked.
