Enabling the Integration

To use the Mazeed integration, you must have an account an Mazeed account. You can signup at this https://portal.mcledger.co/register

Once your Mazeed account is ready, follow the below steps to enable the integration:

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email.

2. Navigate to the Marketplace page --> Search for Mazeed under Accounting category --> Click Install.

3. You will be directed to Mazeed login portal.

4. Enter your Mazeed account credentials then login.

5. Navigate to third party apps from the left side options menu.

6. Select Foodics then click Connect.

7. Foodics will ask you to authorize Mazeed to access your account data, click Authorize Mazeed to Access My Account.

8. You have successfully enabled the integration.

Syncing Data

Mazeed will Sync orders related data to create Invoices and all related financial and accounting reports

• After a successful authorization , a notification will be sent to Mazeed to configure your account.
• Data sync usually happens automatically at the end of the day set time configured at your Foodics branch settings, However you can contact Mazeed to do it manually anytime of the day.

Mazeed Abbreviations

• Customer Filter at Mazeed displays the different order sources from Foodics.
• Item Filter at Mazeed displays the different payment methods available at your Foodics account.
• Dimension Filter at Mazeed is used to filter by a specific order type in Foodics.
