Notes About The Integration
- Orders containing Combos will not be synced to Sanad.
- Taxable discounts are not supported, only non-taxable discounts are supported.
Enabling The Integration
In order to use integration, you must have a Sanad account if you don't contact Sanad to create your own account.
Once your Sanad account is ready, follow the below steps to enable the integration:
1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email. If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Sanad under Accounting category ---> Click Install.
3. You will be directed to Sanad's portal where you can click Install App to proceed.
4. Foodics will ask you to authorize Sanad to access your account data, click Authorize Sanad to Access My Account.
5. Please contact Sanad to set up your account on Aliphia to start using the integration.
6. You have successfully enabled the integration.
Syncing Data
Sanad will Sync the customers, products, and sales data automatically.
Note: Data Sync happens automatically at the end of the day, if a customized sync time is desired please make sure to communicate the desired time with Sanad to configure auto sync desired time.
However, you can contact Sanad to sync manually during the day.
