Business Configuration in Foodics
- Make sure that all your branches have correct
longitudeandlatitudevalues. - Create an order tag with the exact name
Cervoto be assigned to orders that should be handled by Cervo.
Enabling the Integration
Note:You must have a Cervo account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Cervo to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage ---> Search forCervounderDelivery Managementcategory ---> ClickInstall. - You will be navigated to Cervo merchant panel to enter your Cervo business credentials to sign in.
- After logging in, Foodics will ask you to Authorize Cervo to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Cervo To Access My Accountto proceed. - The integration has been enabled successfully.
How Orders are Sent to Cervo
Delivery Orders will be automatically sent to Cervo when the below conditions are met:
- Order type is
Deliverywith the customer's phone number and delivery address. - Order status is
Activefrom the cashier application. - Have the
CervoTag assigned to the order.
If all the above conditions are met, the order will be automatically sent to Cervo.
How to mark order as Ready in cashier
- Send order to Kitchen, either to Kitchen Display, or to Kitchen Printer
- If order is successfully sent to Kitchen, in the cashier register screen, click
MOREfrom the top right corner -> ClickMark Ready.
Note: If order is not sent to Kitchen, the option Mark Ready will not appear.
Important Notes
- Ensure that all branch coordinates (longitude and latitude) are correctly configured in your Foodics account before enabling the integration.
- Verify that you have an active contract with Cervo Delivery covering all branches where you intend to use the service.
- Orders will only be processed for branches that meet both of the above requirements.
