Promotions and Coupons Foodics Online

Make promotions and give your customers discount coupons that they can use on your website and app.

Step 1: Create a Discount in the Foodics Console

Foodics Console > Manage > Discounts > Create Discount 

You will need to create a discount in Foodics to make sure that the offer applies to the order in Foodics.

1. Click Manage.

2. Click Discounts.

3. Click Create Discount.

4. A pop-up window will appear with the following fields:

• Enter Name. 
• Select Qualification. 
• Enter Name Localized. 
• Select Discount Type. 
• Enter Reference(Optional).
• Select Taxable. 

5. Click Save. 

Step 2: Create a Promotion in Foodics Online Portal

FO Portal > Promotions > Promotions > Add Promotion.

Make a promotion in Foodics Online that matches the criteria of the Foodics discount.

1. Click Promotions.

2. Click Promotions. 

3. Click Add Promotions. 

4. Select the discount from Foodics in the ‘POS Discount’ dropdown.

5. Click Save.

Step 3: Create a new Coupon Group

FO Portal > Promotions > Coupons

1. Click Promotions.

2. Click Coupons. 

3. Click Create Coupons Group. 

4. A popup window will appear with the following fields:

• Add Coupon Group (Group Name)

5. Click ‘Save’.

Step 4: View the Coupon Group

FO Portal > Promotions > Coupons

1. Click Promotions.

2. Click Coupons. 

3. Click View the Coupons.

Step 5: Create a Coupon

FO Portal > Promotions > Coupons > View Coupons

1. Click Promotions.

2. Click Coupons. 

3. Click View the Coupons.

4. Click Create Coupon.

5. A popup window will appear with the following fields:

• Enter Name - English/Arabic. 
• Select Start Date.
•  Select Start Time.
• Select End Date.
• Enter Coupon Code.
• Search and pick an existing Promotion.
• Click Save.

Step 6: Add the validity period and choose the coupon code

FO Portal > Promotions > Coupons > View Coupons > Create Coupon

1. Click Promotions.

2. Click Coupons. 

3. Click View the Coupons.

4. Click on Create Coupon.

Step 7: Digital Coupons (Optional)

Digital coupons will be suggested to the users and can be availed without memorizing a code.

FO Portal > Promotions > Digital Coupons > Create Digital Coupon

1. Click Promotion. 

2. Click Digital Coupons.

3. Click Create Digital Coupons.

The coupons will be suggested to the end customers as in the image below:
