Setting Up the Loyalty Program

Set up the points and tiers-based loyalty program to the end-customers to collect and redeem cash-equivalent points.

1. Foodics Online Portal 

2. Click Tiers.

3. Click New Tiers.

4. A popup window will appear with the following fields: 

• Enter Name - English/Arabic.
• Enter Start Point.
• Enter End Point.
• Enter Collect Point.
• Enter Per SAR.
• Enter Redeem SAR.
• Enter Per Point.
• Select Image Type.
• Select Image URL.
• Search for a Loyalty Card.

5. Click Save.

You can also add points to a specific customer by the following: 

Foodics Online Portal > Loyalty > Collection > Loyalty points selection 

Add the mobile number and the points then click Add Points.
