Mapping the Delivery Charge

FO Portal > Settings > Integration > Foodics F5

Adding and linking the delivery charge to the Foodics Console will reflect it on the customer receipts and prevent the order from being rejected by the POS.

Step 1: Create a Charge in the Foodics Console

Create a delivery charge as a charge in the Foodics Console that matches the delivery price in the FO Portal. Open charges are also supported in Foodics Online.

Step 2: Link the Delivery Charge

1. Click Settings.

2. Click Integration. 

3. Click Foodics F5.

4. Select a Delivery Charge from the dropdown list.
