Receiving Online Orders in the Branch
Learn how to use the Foodics cashier app to accept online orders in your store.
Step 1: Allow the Device to Receive Online Orders
Select the Foodics device you want to use to receive orders.
Foodics Console > Manage > Devices > Select Device > Edit Device
Allow the device to receive online orders by going to 'Edit Device'. You can do that for a single device or several.
1. Click Manage.
2. Click Devices.
3. Select Device.
4. Click on Edit Device and enable Receives Online Orders.
5. Click Save.
Step 2: Manage What Happens to Online Orders*
Foodics Console > Manage > Devices > Select Device > Device Settings
You can configure what Foodics performs when an online order (API order) comes from
online in the 'Device Settings' section.
It can be one of the following steps:
1. Click Manage.
2. Click Devices.
3. Select Device Settings.
4. Click Device Settings.
5. Click Save.
Step 3: Sync the Foodics Cashier App
For the changes to take effect, make sure you sync the devices in the stores.
Foodics Cashier app > Home > Sync Data.
1. Click Home.
2. Click Sync Data.
Congratulations! You can receive orders on the Foodics Cashier devices in the stores directly.
