Using Segments

Segments are used to filter consumers into groups according to their purchasing behavior or history. They can be used as a stand-alone report or to target push notifications.

FO Portal > Promotions > Segments

1. Click Promotions.

2. Click Segments. 

3. Click New Segment.

4. Name the Segment.

5. Select the customer match.

6. Select the segmentation criteria.

7. Add one or more criteria to the report.

8. Click Save.

*You can select whether or not you want the report to match ALL or ANY of the criteria set.

Congratulations! You can view and target the segments you created.
