Using Segments

Segments are used to automatically classify customers into groups based on their behavior or purchase history. Segments can be used as a standalone report or for sending targeted notifications.

From Foodics Online Dashboard > Discounts > New Segments

1. Click Discounts.
2. Click New Segments.
3. A list of pre-built customer segments will appear, which can be viewed and used for targeted notifications.

To send a customized notification to a segment:

1. Click on the segment name.
2. Click Send Notification.
3. Enter the notification title and message content.
4. Click Send Notification Now.
