Activating the Payment Gateway - KSA

Payment gateway activation to allow card payments for merchants in Saudi Arabia.

Step 1: Request the Foodics Online payment Integration

Foodics Online Portal > Settings > Integration > Foodics Online Payment > Request Integration

Fill out the 3 fields (name, business email, and phone number) and submit the request.

Note: you have to sign the 2 agreements (E-KYC + Foodics online agreement) to approve your request.

Step 2: Using Payment Getaway on Web or App

ِAfter your request is approved, you can install the Foodics online payment by following these steps: 

• Settings 

• Integration

• Foodics online payment 

• Click install

 After the installation, you can use the payment gateway by returning to the Payment and Delivery section. You will now be able to select Foodics Online as the payment gateway.

*Make sure you apply this to all other apps if you have multiple apps.

You can now receive online payments via your Web and App!
