Integrating Galaxy Delivery

Galaxy is a delivery company serving the Riyadh metropolitan area, integrated with Foodics Online.

Step 1: Contact Galaxy

Contact the Galaxy sales representative and sign a contract with them:

Step 2: Request API Token

The Galaxy team will provide the API key.

Step 3: Install the Galaxy Integration

FO Portal > Settings > Integration > Galaxy

1- Paste the API token.

2- Click ‘Update’. 

*Make sure you do NOT include spaces or BEARER

Step 4: Auto-Assigning Orders to Galaxy

You can have your branch auto-assign orders to a specific logistics firm by selecting the company when updating the location.

FO Portal > Locations > Edit Location > Auto-Assign Logistics

1- Click Dashboard. 

2- Click Locations. 

3- Click Edit location.

4- On the ‘Auto Assign Logistics Company’ dropdown select ‘Single’.

5- Select ‘Galaxy’ in the second dropdown.

6- Click ‘Save’.

Step 5: Test Full Cycle

Test delivery orders internally in collaboration with the Bravo team before announcing them to the end customers.
