Integrating Bravo Delivery

Integrating Bravo to offer the end-customers a delivery service in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Step 1: Contact Bravo

Contact the Bravo sales representative and sign a contract with them:

Step 2: Install Integration

FO Portal > Settings > Integrations > Bravo, and click install.

1- Click Settings.

2- Click Integrations.

3- Install the Bravo integration.

Paste the API token in the first field and leave the second field (branches) empty, then click ‘Install’.

4- Enter ‘API Token’.

5- Click ‘Install’.

Make sure the API token does not include spaces.

Step 3: Add IDs for Active Branches

FO Portal > Settings > Integration 

Reopen the Bravo integration by clicking it:

*Make sure you add the correct branch ID to the right branch.

Step 4: Auto-Assigning Orders to Bravo

You can have your branch auto-assign orders to a specific logistics firm by selecting the company when updating the location.

FO Portal > Locations > Edit Location > Auto-Assign Logistics

1- Click ‘Dashboard’. 

2- Click ‘Locations’. 

3- Click ‘Edit location’.

4- On the ‘Auto Assign Logistics Company’ dropdown select ‘Single’.

5- Select ‘Bravo’ in the second dropdown.

6- Click ‘Save’.

Step 5: Test Full Cycle

Test delivery orders internally in collaboration with the Bravo team before announcing them to the end customers.
