Viewing Order Details and Making Additional Adjustments

To view the order details on Foodics One, click on the icon of active orders located at the bottom left of the screen. This will provide you with a comprehensive list of all products, modifiers, charges, and/or discounts included in the order; alongside the total value. 

The order summary screen also offers various functions at the top, such as accessing the menu option to add/modify products, void the order, apply discounts as a percentage of the order value, a predetermined discount option, or an open value entered on the spot by the cashier user. Additionally, via the more option, you can add notes, charges, and access other functions. This feature ensures that you have complete control and flexibility in managing and customizing each order.
