If you have a Foodics One device and require a paper roll, there are two methods to request it:

• Directly from the device:

This method is advisable if you are near the device. No Terminal ID is needed as the process is automated. Follow these steps from the terminal:

• 1. Navigate to the main screen.
     
     
  2. Open the Merchant app.
     
     
     
  3. Select "Paper."
     
     
  4. Enter your mobile number for contact purposes.
     
     
  5. Press "Send."
  6. You will receive an SMS containing a reference number for your request. Paper rolls will be delivered within 2 working days.
