Reflection of New Order to Android KDS
There are two methods to send the order to the kitchen, either Manually or automatically.
Method One: Sending the order to the Kitchen Manually.
The following steps explain how to send an order to the kitchen manually:
1- After adding the products in the cashier app, Click kitchen.
2- The order will reflect on the KDS.
3- For the cashier to assure that the order is reflected, the product statuses will turn green in the cashier app.
Method Two: Sending the order to the kitchen automatically.
Businesses have the option to send the order automatically to the kitchen after full payment (Click here to learn how to activate it). The following steps explain how that reflects on the devices:
1- In the cashier app, Click on total.
2- Choose the payment method.
3- Click pay.
4- The order will reflect automatically in the kitchen.
5- For the cashier to assure that the order is reflected, the product statuses will turn green in the cashier app.
