How to activate NearPay on Waiter Device

You can activate NearPay on the Waiter easily through the following steps:

1. Open the Waiter app.

2. Enter the user's login pin.

3. Click on Settings.

4. Select Devices.

5. Click on Add Device then Add Payment Terminal

6. Select “NearPay” for Terminal Type, Add the name, connection type should be Built-in, then press on Add Payment Terminal.

7. After NearPay is added, we have to activate it first before being able to use it. So, Click on Setup.

8. An OTP message will be sent to the Owner’s mobile number (One registered in the contract as well as in the console). Fill in the OTP code then press Enter. 

9. Select the NearPay terminal you wish to activate. 
(Kindly note that if you have multiple Waiter devices, each device will have to use its own unique NearPay Terminal ID. If you activate one that is already previously selected, the previous installation will get deactivated.)

10. Press Select and you have successfully activated NearPay on your Waiter App.
