Foodics Pay Maintenance
If you have a Foodics pay device and require maintenance, there are four methods to request maintenance:

Directly by contacting Intersoft WhatsApp Number:

Directly from Pay portal:
This method is advisable if you can access pay portal which is the most preferable. No Terminal ID is needed as the process is automated. Follow these steps from the Pay portal:

Navigate to the terminals page

Press the three dots on the right side of the terminal that you want to order paper for, and choose maintenance request.

Fill in the phone number

Press submit request.

Please note, that only Intersoft devices with "installed" status can be raised for.
- Directly from the device:
This method is advisable if you are near the device. No Terminal ID is needed as the process is automated. Follow these steps from the terminal:

- Navigate to the main screen.
- Open the Merchant app.
- Select "Maintenance."
- Enter your mobile number for contact purposes.
- Provide details regarding the maintenance request, specifying the issue.
- Press "Send."
- You will receive an SMS containing a reference number for your request. Maintenance will be carried out within 2 working days.
- Navigate to the main screen.

This method is recommended if you are not near the device. Simply visit the following link: https://ticket.intersoft.sa/
Once on the page, fill out the necessary information where maintenance will be carried out within 2 working days.
