Activating/Deactivating Visa and Mastercard on Foodics pay Device

To activate/deactivate Visa and Mastercard on your pay devices, please follow the below steps: 

1- Login to your pay dashboard by using the pay owner email credentials

2- Navigate to Manage - Terminals - Select the desired terminal that you want to activate/deactivate Visa and Master Card on

3- Scroll down and then click on "Request to Disable" or "Request to Enable" if you wish to disable/enable this certain payment method from the selected terminal and then click "Submit Request"

4- You will receive a message stating receiving the request and it will be done within 1-2 business days.

5- Once the request is complete, insure updating the device as of the following:
 - If Foodics Pay terminal: Main Menu - Merchant Menu - 123456 - Full Download

- If Customer Display Screen (CDS): Diagnostics - Sync Data
