Integration Availability
Foodics provides seamless integrations with various third-party applications to enhance your restaurant management experience. You can explore the available integrations by visiting our Marketplace at https://www.foodics.com/marketplace/. Additionally, you can access the Marketplace directly from console.foodics.com to view the range of third-party apps that can be integrated with Foodics.
If you wish to integrate with an application that is not currently listed in our Marketplace, we encourage you to follow these steps:
1. Find a technical team: It is the client's responsibility to find a competent technical team that will be responsible for building the integration. Foodics will provide full support to assist the team throughout the integration process.
2. Contact us via email: Send an email from the owner's email address to support@foodics.com. In the email, please provide us with the following information:
- Your Foodics account number
- The name of the application you want to integrate with
- Specify the Scope of Integration (Technical or non-technical)
Please note that to proceed with integration, your account plan should be at the Advanced level or you should have purchased the API license.
