How to Delete Orders in the Branch
If you have fewer than 5000 orders in your branch and you wish to delete all orders, please follow these steps:
Log in to console.foodics.com using the owner account.
1. Navigate to the "Manage" section.
2. Select "Branches".
3. Choose the specific branch for which you want to delete orders.
4. Scroll down to find the option "Delete Branch Orders."
5. Click on the "Delete Orders" button.
Please note that deleting orders will permanently remove all associated data, and it cannot be restored. Exercise caution before proceeding with this action.
However, if you have more than 5000 orders in your branch and you want to delete all of them, please send an email from the owner account to support@foodics.com. In the email, include your Foodics account number and provide the reason for deleting the orders. Our support team will assist you further with the process.
