Important Notes:
- The integration supports tax-inclusive pricing only.
- Combos, Menu groups, and Free or default modifier options are not supported.
- Tables are created manually in Traelo and the table name will be sent in the order details as a receipt and kitchen note on the order to Foodics, then the table should be added manually from the cashier app.
Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have a Traelo account before enabling this integration. If you don’t have an account, please contact Traelo to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the Marketplace page —> Search for Traelo under Digital Menu category —> Click Install.
- You will be navigated to the Traelo merchant panel to enter your business credentials to sign in.
- In Traelo’s dashboard —> Navigate to Apps Tab from the side menu —> Search for Foodics —> Click activation.
- Foodics will ask you to Authorize Traelo to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Traelo To Access My Account to proceed.
- Map your Foodics branch and then click save.
- The Integration has been enabled successfully.
Menu Sync
Navigate to Apps tab from the side menu —> Search for Foodics —> Specify if you want to import images or not --> Choose Sync Type Auto or Manual --> Click update then Click on synchronization If you choose to sync manually.
Traelo automatically updates your menu items every day, but if you want to manually sync them, you need to click the synchronization button.
How to receive Traelo orders in Foodics Cashier
Traelo orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
FAQs
Q1: Traelo is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in the Foodics cashier application
A: Please check the below points
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status
2- Are there any pending orders from Traelo?
If Yes:
Make sure you have implemented all the needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
In the cashier app, click HOME --> Sync Data
Ask Traelo to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier
If No:
There is an issue at Traelo’s side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Traelo and inform them that there are no orders created from Traelo in your Foodics account.
