Epson - How to Reset Factory
This guide applies to the following models:
- TM-T20
- TM-T20II
- TM-T20III
- TM-m30
- TM-m30II
- TM-P80
- TM-T88V
- TM-T20X
Refer to the following steps to learn how to reset factory the printer:
1. Turn off the power for your printer.
2. Use a thin pin/need/pen and gently press the Reset SW button and hold. DO NOT RELEASE!
3. Turn on the printer through the power button while you are still pressing the SW button.
4. Once the first paper comes out of the printer, release the reset button.
5. An IP address will be printed automatically as the final receipt.
Note: If you get an IP address 192.168.192.168 after attempting to Factory Reset kindly try the following:
1. Do another Factory Reset
2. Change the port of the printer from the router (ie: if its in the 4th slot, move it to the 1st slot)
