Changing Bank Account or Merchant Details on Foodics Pay
There are 3 kinds of changes:

Changes that can be done directly from your end

You can directly change the email address, phone number, or Password from the Pay portal. You can use this article to support you in changing this information.

You can change the IBAN from the customer portal directly using this article.
Make sure that the attachments must be an Official letter issued by the bank, where the letter should be manually or digitally stamped by the bank.

Changes that require files to be reflected
To change these kinds of merchant information you need to send an email to support@foodics.com from your registered email address.
